Experience in the aviation industry:
2011 - 2015 HR Manager - Smartwings Group, Czech Republic (airlines) - responsible for recruitment process (crew and other positions) in Smartwings in Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary and HR management in this companies, setting of company rules in HR section
since 2020 - now Independent HR Consultant - Sky One, Slovakia (airlines) – HR consulting during preparation of AOC, Accessor in a crew recruitment
since 2019 - now Independent HR Consultant - RBK Aviation, The Netherlands (spare parts supplier for airlines) – consulting of internal HR procesess
2006 – now Active Skydiver, since 2021 I was conducting training of lower categories under the direct supervision of an instructor
